In this episode I discuss drinking alcohol and how it affects our anxiety.  I also suggest some things that may help if you decide to go ahead and drink anyway i.e. how to manage the hangover.

- Why you should hydrate while you drink

- How you can choose your drinks and be accountable while you're drinking

- Why it's important to know your limit

- Why you should get a paranoia buddy and what you can do with them

- It's important to make sure you don't have any major things going on the day after you drink

- Why you shouldn't text when drinking

- Be gentle on yourself when you're hungover

- How drinking can interrupt your sleep

- Realize that you may get an elevated heart beat or irregular heart beat from drinking
