In this episode I talk about my recent dental surgery I had (wisdom tooth removal). I explain what it was like compared to what I thought it was going to be like, prior to the day. I discuss the feeling of being sedated and what I felt like when I woke up. I also discuss how I found it hard to slow down, stop and actually let other people take care of me for a few days.

Summary:
In this episode I talk about the fact that tomorrow I'm going to have my wisdom teeth removed. I am a bit anxious about getting this procedure done but realize that it's worth going through some short term pain, for long term gain. I also get into how the thought of being sedated bothers me a bit, which I think is linked to the feeling of not being in control. Lastly I'm excited about the fact that I'll have to sit still and recover. I don't slow down too much, so I've planned a gentle day or two of TV and reading.
